Friendliness of the staff of the hotel, location and the price.

Location and staffs very friendly. Had fun. Just that it say it’s facing the garden but no it’s facing a wall Where all the constructions materials are there.

Everything, great room, great price great location, great room service, great view. Love this place, my third time staying.

The hotel offered incredible service. We had stored some of our luggage in their luggage storage area while we took a trip to Batanes where the flights have strict luggage weight requirements. When we returned from our trip and picked up our stored luggage, we forgot to pick up one of our bags. The hotel very generously and kindly arranged for the missing luggage to be sent to Manila on a scheduled client private car transfer to Manila and they successfully coordinated drop off of the luggage at a Manila condo that we had stayed in. This was excellent and generous service that took significant time and effort for the hotel to arrange and for which we are very grateful.

The pool, resturaunt and bar area were very welcoming and comfortable
