The staff name akina is not helpful and does not assist us with our luggage. She will just stand there doing nothing. I even told her to support the trolley when I put the luggage, otherwise, it will pull away. She doesn't know what she's doing. She's clueless. In general the accommodation is good. Just the staff. She's not accommodating. She needs to be oriented and be more friendly.
