Facilities are top notch all around. The staff was outstanding. The Location being next to the Mall is super convienent for shopping, eating and entertainment.
Breakfast was great (we got our morning affirmations!) but what was even better were the staff. Watch out for their breakfast Ambassador, Mike. He is such a wonderful person.
Staff was also very helpful when I experienced a little tummy ache. All appreciated! I always book Crowne Plaza when in Ortigas/Manila but my recent experience just validates them all. KUDOS!
Very clean! Newly renovated, had a large washroom. Felt comfortable and safe. Staff were very accommodating! Nice buffet breakfast. I liked how it was connected to Robinsons Mall
Wonderful experience from the beginning to the end it was 100/10 for I will be back to this location .
