This resort is in the quiet part of the island. Lots of local families enjoying themselves having picnics and playing in the water. Felt so comfortable here.
Staff and food was wonderful. Location right beside the beach.
Most of all, the owner/staff were outstanding, amazing humans. Whatever we needed, they took care of it, and provided us with so much extra info, extra help, extra local food and snacks to try. We felt like we had a Filipino mom. Definitely a highlight. The breakfast every day was prepared with so much love.
The location is great as well, about 15 minutes away by tricycle from the famous Alona beach and all the tourism hustle bustle (in case you want to go island hopping or diving or want more international food), all while there is a perfect beautiful quiet white beach right in front of the resort. We liked our beach much more than Alona beach.
The rooms were very thoroughly cleaned, perfect budget resort.
Wonderful staff, great location, great, great value. Breakfast was super. The ladies there are so nice and accommodating.
When you first show up here you will think, OMG what have I done?? But the place has everything you need... literally a few feet from the beach, homemade food made to order at incredibly low prices..
The location, right on the beach, it’s clean and the staff(Aileen)is so nice and very welcoming and accommodating.She made sure that we’re comfortable. One could overlook what is missing in this facility because of the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff. It’s worth coming back.
