The building was new, so everything is pretty new and clean. The owner was very kind and welcoming. They give options for if you want your room cleaned and change towels daily. Breakfast was great, too. Parking was spacious enough.

The Location gets you away from the busy noise from main roads because it's located in inner baranggay. Accessible to Tricycle. Our room has no view but with big windows. Free breakfast is a bonus. The aircon however needs an upgrade - its manual. Double twin bed is relaxing and big.

Almost everything. Owners of the hotel were especially accommodating.

We stayed 5 nights in room 401 and were really glad we chose this spot especially when we saw other locations in town. They included breakfast which was ample and had variety in the meat portion daily. - example picture included .The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, water, and toiletries. The staff were accommodating and fixed an issue with room bookings right away. They also allowed us to check in a bit early which greatly helped our schedule. They have easy parking on site as well and the WiFi worked flawlessly for us. There is a small convenience shop in the lobby with limited basic items and snacks. The location is far from central Laoag but we preferred the quiet and you can catch a tricycle out the front door or down the main road a couple blocks away. There are also restaurants and a 7-11 down the main road if you heading south.
