Its close to malls the park is just infront and the convenient store is just beside
Wi-Fi speeds up to 95 Mbps. Netflix. Great balcony view. 5 minute walk to Greenbelt Mall. Spotless room & comfortable bed. This place is a winner. The internet Wi-Fi was an easy set up. I wanted to extend but hotel was fully booked. I need fast reliable Wi-Fi for my work & this condotel has it. A big thank you to the cleaning couple who ran to return my jacket & phone charger after I had checked out.

The property was conveniently located very near to the Greenbelt mall. Location was within a very quiet area. The room was decorated very tastefully and had all the amenities one would need for a short stay. In addition, the room had magnificent views over Makati and beyond.
I like the completely posh facilities. There were free welcome mineral bottles of water, coffee, tea, sugar, equal, etc. There were free body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioners. The condo provides electric iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. The room had a double lock and made me feel safe. The condo building is just a walking distance of Greenbelt. Beside the condo building is 7-Eleven and another convenience store. The host is incredibly accommodating to requests. Instructions were given upon check-in and checkout. No hassle at all. I will definitely recommend this accommodation.
