The location, size, and amenities of the property were great! The staff was amazing and anticipated our needs. They were very accommodating and kind. From the swimming pool area to the breakfast buffet, we were attended to very well. The location was right off of D’mall so it was so convenient for snacks and souvenir shopping. The hotel transportation to and from the Caticlan airport was smooth as well!
The staff are amazing!! They were so sweet with my daughter who is a year old! Thank you all so much for making her smile each day.
Everything. From the friendly helpful and accommodating staff, good breakfast options, and location of Feliz Hotel, we loved it all in all. Also they made it special because they prepared balloons and a cake for my daughter.
The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with over 15 dishes and pastries/deserts to choose from. Love how there are wheelchair accommodations which is perfect if you have stroller.
Cleanliness, location. Staff are efficient respectful.
