I love that the host is so nice, polite and very responsive to queries and requests. The room is very clean and the internet is fast. I work during the night and I did not have any issues with the speed of the wifi. Highly recommended for people working from anywhere. Plus the lounge area and restaurant are very beautifully decorated. To be honest more than the Manor. And even the staffs at The Forest Lodge are more courteous and polite. For the experience, we ate at the Manor for the breakfast buffet and I must say, The Forest Lodge staffs has exceeded those at the Manor. The staffs at the Manor are a bit arrogant. Our family just left and we are already excited and scheduling to go back to the Forest Lodge.

Location was perfect. Very relaxing...and staff are accommodating except in the restaurant.

Room was big. The switch of the lights are nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Very spacious, and Camp John Hay is the best! This is a private room at Forest Lodge and the hotel staff at the reception are so helpful. We had a lovely stay. Great housekeeping team that kept the room clean and well-stocked throughout our stay.
