Location was good. Breakfast was fantastic. The beds are huge and comfortable. The aircon system is great
I liked the location of the property with many convenient shops located nearby. The local SM is also situated around the corner which makes life easier for your shopping needs. The hotel itself is still new and has a few teething issues but nothing major. The water took a while to heat up in the shower in saying that they were using a renewable energy source in order to heat the water. I really liked that feature and hope more places adapt to this kind of thinking. The facilities are still in their infancy but will improve with time. The food was good and the strawberry milkshakes were topnotch. The staff were friendly and helpful and always smiling which is a nice touch. They even accommodated my late arrival due to delays with flights. Replies to queries were always answered in a timely manner which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a city break. I will most certainly be using this hotel again in the future.
