The staff is friendly and helpful
I like the property’s location. It is affordable and the facilities are apt for it’s price. It is also very clean.
The staff are very helpful. They assisted us all throughout because my mom is a PWD. They even provided us a taxi who is also very helpful. The hotel is also clean from the lobby up to our room.
I have stayed at Go Hotels Bacolod several times and its been consistently good. The daily rate is budget friendly, the hotel is very accessible to a major mall and the airport is reasonably near. Staff are always pleasant and even though parts of the hotel are being renovated, it didn't bother me at all.
