The location is very special - up in the hills. You get a full cottage to yourself with a huge balcony. The view is just incredible - hills and sea. Before arriving at Hillside Village we spent 6 days at an other location on the beach. We decided to extend our stay in Siquijor and change atmosphere. Hillside Village got a different vide - you feel much more connected to the island. Don’t miss the breakfast- it’s delicious. Everyday you’ve got a surprise. So far it was the best breakfast I had in Siquijor. I loved the place and the spirit around it. You feel home away from home.

Amazing place to relax deeply. Large rooms in wooden houses at a height in the forest provide pleasant temperatures. Lovely stuff

High up in the mountain, with a magnificent view of the sea all the way over to nearby islands. The sound of birds singing in the morning and during the day, and crickets at night. This place is just so relaxing. I feel so peaceful when I am here. The owner and staff are great, so friendly and helpful. I could literally live here. Papaya growing outside. We can buy fresh chicken eggs from the chickens right outside our door. If you like this kind of peace and quiet and to be connected with nature, then this place is paradise for you.
