I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Galleria Manila during my work trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the spacious room was a perfect retreat after a long day of meetings. I loved the bath tub in the room and the excellent water pressure—it was so refreshing! The hotel also offers a 24-hour gym, which was a great bonus. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Huge applause to the staff for making the experience so pleasant.
It was very convenient having a big mall next to the hotel. The location is central enough to access other sites in the city.

Quiet and cozy. Room that we had was very home-y and easy to rest in. Extremely professional and kind staff. Greeted us for our anniversary stay. They also provided us with complimentary cake for our anniversary and late check-out.
