I love the location. This is where I always stay when I’m in the Manila area. The customer service is amazing. I know many other people and they know my first name and they called me by my name and tell me how good it is to see me every time, I’m there that means a lot to me.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it is next door to a mall (Glorietta) and short walking distance to the other malls (SM, Ayala, Greenbelt). The complimentary breakfast was nice, as well as the complimentary daily water bottles.
Proximity and ease to go to the mall. Good breakfast.
Its location is perfect because of its proximity to the airport, malls & restaurants. The spacious & spic & span room makes it even a better choice for me.
