The little details - the things provided such as the quality body wash and shampoo, the amenities available such as the rice cooker, heater, and extension cord, as well as the smart TV and soft sheets. Definitely worth the price 👌🏾
There were also nearby tiangges and water refilling station where you can buy your needs.
It is really clean and it is distant from the main highway where vehicles' noise could affect or ruin a good night's sleep. We brought uncooked "baon" and the completeness of the things needed to cook in the kitchen was really a plus factor.
I'd like to stay there again.

Highly recommendable. The place is perfect, near the airport and peaceful. The host is very friendly as well. :)
We needed to do most of our business in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, and the apartment's location was very strategic for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings, and it was nice to experience the birds and butterflies in the vicinity. The caretaker was attentive and available to attend to our needs. Except for a TV, the apartment had what we needed for a comfortable staycation/work retreat.
