The hotel is located across EDSA Shangri-la and is a five-minute walk away from SM Megamall. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room is spacious enough and has all the facilities I need. There’s also a restaurant where I ordered room service.
I had an amazing experience during my stay. My flight got canceled, and I had to change my plans last minute. The team was incredibly accommodating, moving my booking to the following day without any issues.
The staff was super friendly, and check-in was smooth when I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long travel day. The breakfast was fine, with a little variety, and they even made me eggs just the way I wanted.
I truly appreciated their hospitality, and I’m so grateful for how they handled everything. Highly recommend!
