the owner is very accommodating and the place is not far from city center
The owner was very friendly... the unit was very traditional Philippines..if you like culture immersion like I do., it was great..
I did like the:
1. included internet connection
2. Netflix account on the TV
3. large room with double deck all to yourself
4. Kitchen and all the utensils are free for use with LPG of course
5. A convenience right next door, 7 eleven just a 5 minute walk

The owner was welcoming and helpful. He was kind and gave us tips where to take the bus. Bed was comfy, all the sheets and towels were brand new. He provided us tootbrushes, shampoos and soaps. Shared areas were clean, you can also use the kitchen for free. There is 7Eleven 4mins away and the centre is also walking distance away.
