The owner was friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for. One should consider the price and location relative to the price then not still expect 5 star amenities. We will stay here again if we return to Manila
Cleanliness, safety, 24-hour staff not sleeping and friendly, lots of plants so it’s cool in the lobby.

30 min walking to reach Makati center.Fridge,hot water shower,nice view from balcony,comfy bed,towels.Its a 4 floor local neighborhood cozy hotel.Friendly staff.
