Bed was very comfortable. After being up for 2 straight days of traveling and events it was a great bed to sleep in.
Owner contacted me the same day I booked and confirmed our stay. Smooth uncomplicated checkin experience. We were able to do an early check in (for an affordable cost). Beds are comfortable. There's a working wifi, ref and microwave.
The unit was cozy and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay with friends as it has a wide space for a group of 4. The beds were comfortable, and the TV was good for a movie marathon. The internet was also fast. The property was close to SM Moa which was very convenient, and there are nearby convenient stores, too.

Friendly and professional host, the condo felt fresh and clean (despite the communal lobby and elevators smelling very bad - due to the building management!)
Really good experience with the host and rooms, it was quick, easy, and no fuss or hidden fees/additional fees which unfortunately I've experienced a lot during my stay in hotels in Philippines.
We were a big family staying at different rooms owned by different hosts, my family unfortunately had issues with other hosts unable to check in due to mix up with guests lists, in such short notice Abbie (host) was able to provide us with alternative rooms. However we found alternative help from other sources, but we appreciate the quick turnaround from Abbie despite the time of the circumstances (around midnight!)
