I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mactan Newtown Condo. The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to the beach.
What truly made the stay exceptional was the host. From the moment of booking to check-out, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free, even helping with local tips and recommendations. You can really tell they care about their guests' experience.

The location is perfect and everything is at throw stone

Miss Leslie the unit property manager is very accommodating and friendly.
The room was very spacious. We love the bathtub too. The swimming pool and gym on the fifth floor were very good perks especially if you want a chill travel. It’s a very convenient location in Mactan area. The beach area is also a good place to chill. Overall, it was a very good deal for the price (though i might have gotten it with some discount).
