Everything was close by, restaurants were super amazing! Very inviting atmosphere.
Nice location.. With all new development in the area..with multiple fast food chain outlets.. Great swimming pool.. The beach is good... We saw some small colorful fishes while snorkeling.. The host Rose is very cooperative.. When we requested to extend our checkout time she agreed without any hassle.. The view from our 17th floor apartment was very nice.. Overall very nice place to stay in Mactan
The host is super friendly and caring. Always available to answer any question and tried to solve our problems with the AC as soon as possible. The view from the apartment is really nice. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra AC.

Great view from the room and a lovely morning
Building is luxus style and Newtown area is made just for tourists. There are all services very near and it’s safe area.
Bed is nice, enough pillows and shower works fine.
