Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great, close to shops, food and tour spots.
Very clean and quiet despite being in a central location. Working SPLIT A/C (meaning totally quiet) was the best. Hot water. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again. You are getting high quality for that price level.

Everything was perfectly fine! It was the cleanest hotel we have been in the whole Phillipines. The staff was kind, the location was perfect, very close to the port from where all the trips start, and many restaurants in the area.
There was hot water!!! Very rare in the country..
