The property is conveniently located near the mall, groceries, hospital and restaurants. You dont have to drive to get there. All is walking distance. The place though a bit small is suitable for 2 or 3 people. My mum, enjoyed having the room to herself. Allows you to cook your food when you get tired eating outside or the deliveries. Also, you have to do your laundry. It feels like a little flat that allows you do house chores away from home. The price too is very reasonable and the host is very attentive and accomodating. Even lady who does the cleaning Hievie is very pleasant. Overall, would highly recommend and will book again if i need to go for a long stay in Manila. The guards are very helpful too.
