We were very impressed at the quick response by our agent after an issue with our unit. The advertisement stated there would be a washer in the unit and there was not one upon check in. Although it was later in the day, she quickly provided us with another unit that met our needs exactly.
The bed was the most comfortable that we had the pleasure to sleep on throughout our entire vacation. The building, lobby and unit were surprisingly very modern and very clean.
The building was very easy to locate and provided a short journey by walk or vehicle to MOA or other tourist locations.
Would definitely rate a 10/10, even with the ad snafu as our agent was extremely quick to respond and make things right.
Really convenient location for my trip to Manila, with plenty amenities in the surrounding area. Accommodation was as expected, everything working and in good condition. The team at Dynastel were very responsive to any query that we had :). Was very happy to stay here and had no complaints. Would happily return here.
There were many amenities like kettle , fork , spoon and plates. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, very nice balcony for morning coffee or an evening Beer . Great location, walkable distance to SM mall of Asia around 10-14 minutes and surrounding the building there is an alphamart and laundromat for quick grocery shopping or washing clothes . The response from the host is very timely and the host is very helpful.
