Since I'm not expecting a 4-5 star hotel kind of accommodation, Pines Mansion was ALL GOOD. I stayed there for 10 days. I like the staff, they're very accommodating. I like the house itself. Thank you for allowing me to stay. :>

Cozy, clean apartment with a kitchen available and a water dispenser (hot and cold). Clean. Room with air conditioning, essential for me. I recommend it for medium-long periods. ...
Its not fancy but great value for a quiet room with A/C and WiFi in living room/kitchen.
Location a little difficult to find but right in heart of Butuan and close to mall/bus station
