They are very responsive. Since I arrived early, they allowed me to check in around 30minutes early. They have a viewing deck at the top floor where I waited for my check in time. It was a great place to chill and cool off from the afternoon heat. I was upgraded to a bigger room since they gave the room I reserved to a long time tenant. It was great since the room has a kitchenette! It is right beside a major street so hailing a taxi at midnight was not a problem. If you need to buy pomelos, you don't need to take a taxi. Just walk to Bankerohan. Internet connection was also fast.
The owner is very nice person, the room is very clean and well decorated
