Location is very convenient - near the beach and the bus/ van terminal, although there are some unpaved roads to get there. The room was very spacious, clean and comfy with good AC and strong hot water. There was free purified water right outside. There's good WIFI outside the room in the common area, and delicious breakfast upon request. Maureen was very helpful in booking our tours and vans, and everyone was very friendly - great service!
Location, room size, pretty quiet place. They have a laundry. Warm water.

The location is great. 100 meters to the water. Close to all restaurants, bars and little supermarket.
Maureen and her family hustle to keep the place very clean and beautiful. Maybe the best hot water and water pressure I've had on my Philippines trip.
