So pleasantly surprised!!!!!! Very big, clean, 1-BR unit with fast wifi and king bed. Room svc menu had fantastic choices and prices. Reception staff were cheery and kind. This hotel handily beats the pricier hotels around esp with Robinsons Mall just across the street, and Malate's famous restaus all around.
It’s quiet and not too close to the loud downtown area
Free room upgrade was fantastic. great front desk staff. great view of the harbor and 2 min walk to the mall. security was good inside with a key card needed to get to elevators.
Love the space and the attention to our special requests. The phone was around the clock to answer our concerns. The bed was very soft as well, I fell asleep immediately.
All in all perfect, Excellent location, specious studio with with comfy bed. Magnificent view.
