I like the location as I intend to be in the area for an occasion.

Netflix on the TV. Breakfast is decent. The room is pretty, complete, and huge. The staff are great!

The hotel did feel old, but we experienced a good stay at the hotel. Perhaps the wood and carpet gave this feel. There were no bad smells as per other reviews. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Sheets and bed was good, hot water was good and AC was good. All in all, a good experience enhanced by great staff. The staff, all of them, from security to wait staff at breakfast. The reception staff were outstanding The breakfast was at a good standard and had many choices. I would stay here again. .

Great location, generously sized rooms and friendly staff

I am impressed with the service of the staff, who are always attentive and willing to assist. Special thanks to Chloe and Angela at the front desk, who were always very helpful. The location is superb. You can walk to the nearby malls and restaurants. Richmonde Hotel is rich in what it offers.
