We liked that we were up at one of the highest floors. The view was outrageous. Every morning and most evenings we spent out on the balcony. This was a very relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the many activities in the area. There is so much to do. The apartment was clean and provided what we needed to cook many meals for ourselves. The separation for a bedroom was perfect. We stayed for a full month and were gifted with a one day pass to the pool. Thank you.
Beyond the clean and fresh-smelling room, it was the exceptional customer experience that truly stood out. Ms. Elizabeth and her staff - Ate Maricel & Ate Lucy went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we had to leave earlier than expected due to an unforeseen circumstance. Their genuine care and willingness to help, exceeded our expectations and that truly makes a difference. This will always be our first choice when staying in Tagaytay. Best View of Taal Lake, cool breeze in the balcony, Netflix, Room Space. This is was one of the best stay i have ever had in Tagaytay.
