From the time we arrived, we were greeted by the security guard. The front desk staff were courteous, and we were able to get into our room right away. They offered available activities in the property, like how to make espresso, but sadly, we couldn't make it due to our schedule. But, we avail the mani/pedi and massage from the spa. Overall, service was delivered with excellence as we Filipinos are known for. I also love the Bible verses all over the property. This is a great reminder of God's existence. He lives through the words He has given us.

We liked that we could walk to Ayala and to some restaurants. The pool was nice as was the billiards table. The beds were very comfortable.

The location is very good. 5 minutes away from famous restaurants, and walking distance from Ayala Malls Serin. The room was huge! The bed was really comfy. The balcony has a great view of the pool and the property is well maintained.
