Though it is an apartment, it has a very nice reception area. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful.Ms Mila from the apartment which I stayed (431) was such a lovely person with a very cheerful personality that assisted me well in my check-in and check-out. The apartment itself is well maintained and has all the necessaries you need to make your stay a comfortable one.
I didn't use the TV because there is no local channel and need to sign in before you open or watch the movie and the sofa is hard to seat, but aircon is cold.
the place is nice and clean. all the things you need for a staycation is there. the crew are all friendly and polite. no hassle when check in and out.
I like the place. You can see the beautfiul view of the pool from the balcony. We could watch Netflix movies. We were able to relax. Really comfortable.
The staff were helpful and accommodating. The aircon was not working when we checked in. They tried fixing it but they cannot. Since the room was hot, they gave us 1 electric fan. The next day, they still couldn't fix it so they were very gracious to allow us to check out a day earlier and they refunded us 1 day.
