The place is clean and big. If you are in a big group/family you will never regret staying here because they can accomodate for 10 people. Sir Ben and his wife are very accomodating and kind. They provide what you need and were very thankful to them.

The property really feels like home. It is clean and spacious. Also, sir Ben is very nice and accommodating. He even asked us to let him know if we need something that is available in his house and will gladly lend it to us. The house is great and the neighborhood is safe. I suggest that you bring your own car especially if you have seniors with you. All in all, we will gladly book this again if we come back to Baguio. The location is very accessible. The ambiance is superb specially the morning sunshine. Sir Ben and his wife were very approachable. Will definitely book this place again on our next trip.

The house was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and 2 bathrooms. The location was also great. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay (waited for us to arrived until 2am) The price was very reasonable. Great choice for families and groups.
