The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. The design and finishing are excellent.
Very efficient and friendly staff. Unique location.
Wonderful location, wonderful staff, delightful people. Old Manila is at your doorstep; which is especially nice given the travel times within this city. And it was lovely to look out the window at a centuries-old fortification, as well as the happy families and couples strolling by.
I love the location and the staff was exceptional in their welcoming and assistance.
On floor 7, many of the issues mentioned by other reviews was luckily nonexistent. Wifi was very good and hard floor so no bad carpet smell. Breakfast imo was also very good.
Perfect location just inside the city walls. The included breakfast was very enjoyable. We loved the rooftop restaurant, excellent food and beautiful views.
