Ease of access to mall nearby, clean and had what we needed in the room . The owner was accomodating as I had some flight changes.

Nice near new building with beautiful landscaped pool area on ground floor and amazing viewing deck on the top 48th floor with 360 view of all Metro Manila and beyond.
The apartment was compact, but very well equipped and comfortable for 2 persons and spotlessly clean. Great air-conditioning and a balcony to sit and watch the city views..
Just a few minutes walk to Cloverleaf Mall and Skytrain Station and right off the Skyway Freeway for easy taxi/Uber access to Airport/MOA/Bayside and Casino precinct.
