Excellent. Look forward to coming back. Lovely view of the mountains too
The location is pretty accessible to major malls and restaurants. Plus points for having a convenient store on the ground floor of the building and basement parking. Picked this place because of the rooftop pool.
The property is located near almost all major amenities, malls, food places, government entities, transportation among others. It is situated in the heart of the City. One thing I most like about is that it never rejected me. Despite the fact that Bacolod is celebrating Masskara Festival, and there are plenty of tourists to cater to, I was booked and approved outright! Thank you Ms. Ruby for the “Little Place”. I had a pleasurable stay. I had my “alone” time. Si I get to spend it well. Although I have not explored Bacolod I sure to be back!
The condo is very neat and clean, everything about it is perfect.
Location was ideal for commuting property was fully loaded with every conceivable extra included as standard
