Location wise, it is very good. Close to a convenience store, gas station, fast food, SM Mall and DGT for night market and jogging. In terms of safety, the place is very safe. The unit is very clean, with all amenities, the host is very helpful & attentive, fast internet and parking (for a fee) is very safe.
Comfortable and close to SM Ecoland. Good facilities with Netflix.
The accomodation was very clean and well appointed very quiet with a pool to relax in till 10pm.
Also within walking distance to SM City.
We would recommend a stay to those looking for davao accomodation
The location is near SM Davao and the place is peaceful. We also had a smooth check in process. It's a good place for friends and family to stay.
Host is very attentive to your needs & queries. he even allowed me to leave my things in the room even beyond check out time because I am still in the meeting. He did not charge additional fee.
