Had the whole top floor to ourselves and has terrace. Also, the owner rented us a vehicle cheaper than other car agencies. Great staffing.
A lot of space, the owner paid attention to detail. Room and dining area is aircon. Spacious balcony area too and kitchen.
It’s a great value when need a place to spend the night and get a lot of errands done in dapa. Manager of property was on point, friendly and so helpful when I forgot my keys he was 1 second away.
Easy to find as it was just off main road. Dante was very nice and helpful. Our flight arrived early morning and we could arrange an early morning check in for a fee (7am). The appartement was larger than the photos.

You go up about 16 steps to the first apartment, you walk through that apartment, whether or not anyone else is staying there, then you walk up another 16 or so stairs to the penthouse. Once there it is nicely appointed, there's a generous balcony, a large bedroom, a separate dining room and a separate kitchen. There is a CR adjacent to the main bedroom and a separate bedroom off the main bedroom with a single bed. The views are not great by any means and it's not as high as I would expect a penthouse to be but, at approximately 2,500 Pesos a night, it's definitely not over priced and the people are very helpful. If you need to stay in Dapa, this is not a bad choice.
The crew was very nice and helpful, the appartment was hugh and well equipped.
Very close to dappa pier, the appartment owner also helped me with transportation to the pier for free.
