The Security Staff at the front door, the Receptionist and wait staff at Breakfast, are all very cordial and professional. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning worked well, bottles of water are complimentary and so are toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc! The hotel provides disposable slippers. Water pressure is good. WiFi is available in the lobby only, our SIM card worked very well. Good choices for breakfast. Hair dryer is provided upon request. They have a service for ironing clothes for a nominal price.

I love how courteous the staff are and I love that the place smelled so good. I'm so grateful that they were able to accommodate a last minute booking. I booked a standard, 1 bed room and it's small as expected. Still a comfortable place. It's located right in the heart of Makati, where the Ayala malls are easily within reach.
