The cleanliness and the decoration of the apartment, the localisation, the pool and the professionalism of the owner. I definitely recommend staying in this condo, it had everything we were looking for. This place is also work from home friendly and the desk plus the laptop stand was really appreciated. Right in front of the building there is a Japanese mall and food court
Great location, beautiful condo and the host is very kind and available. I strongly recommend this apartment to whoever is looking for an accomodation in Manila
This place was on point! Aside from everything being great (location, facilities, cleanliness), it was the small things that really made the place. For example, a lovely welcome care package with some snacks and drinks, wireless charging lamps next to the bed, washing machine in the room (which was useful after a week on the road), etc. The owner was easy to contact and very friendly, helpful and positive.
