Host is very communicative and fast-response, the room facilities are clean and location is walkable to MOA with rent price that is still reasonable if you're staying in a group. Complete set of amenities are prepared as well eg. towel, toiletries, hair dryer, etc. Nearby, it has many F&B stalls and convenience stores which make things even more convenient. Me and my friends were enjoying our stay in Manila thanks to this. Thanks!
