Very strategic location. I rented it because we had a company event nearby. I had a relaxing time and the unit is surprisingly big. Transaction with the owner was pleasant as well. Will definitely book it again in the future.
Very accessible to malls, supermarkets and other leisure activities.
Room is very clean and spacious. Has fast wifi. Kitchen equipments are complete and clean.
Comfort room has complete things too. Comes with automatic washer you can use.
Property owner is always responsive and nice.
Owner was responsive, caretaker (Ms. Tessie) was accomodating and kind. Place was clean and appliances (like the toaster, microwave, clothes dryer, and AC) were complete and working. Staff in the facilities were kind and accomodating as well.
The late check-out possibility without hassle.

A few days after I booked , the property contacted me and allocated us to another property at Tower 2 , flat 16C. It’s new and according to the staff who received us, we were the first guests to occupy the property. Everything is brand new. I am very thankful. We really enjoyed our stay.
