Proximity to church, mall and restaurants. The place is clean, cozy and value for money.
Best location close to Ayala Mall and best restaurants at the cliff overlooking the volcano. Easy to ride jeepney or tricycle. Best loc if you don't have a car easy to get food etc because it's right next to the mall.
