Everything was great besides collecting keys on arrival. Reception did not know of our stay.
We did come 2hours early for check in - we notified via the chat and tried calling the number provided multiple times. She was in the room cleaning to be fair. But a bit stressful at the time. Overall was a great stay.
The view from balcony was nice. The ambiance was nice. bed was comfy, staffs are nice..
