Location - university town, nice neighorhood, architecture, near park, nice walk to town center. These days one doesn't seem to meet hosts but the host was there by email or txt. Could crack/open the window some which is nice. Heated bathroom floor! Very clean. Did not cook or bring coffee etc.
Nice and clean apartment. Great location not far from the train station, and the surroundings are nice for sightseeing, especially at night. It was very easy to obtain the keys from the lockbox right next to the door.
