The history and location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
The rooms were very comfortable and cleans. Very nice. The food was excellent. The staff friendly. Great location just a short walk away from city center.
Home Hotel Katajanokka exceeded our expectations! Pristine, quiet, excellent service and the breakfast, fikka, and dinner were delicious!
We love the unique atmosphere. The meals were wonderful. Close to the trams and an easy walk to the markets.
Everything. Really, I can not imagine a better hotel than this one. Located in a perfect position (we could walk to central Helsinki and get there just in a few minutes), beautiful premises (room corridors, the renovations made a miracle considering this was an old prison), excellent breakfast and dinner, and value (dinner was included in the rate, making this hotel quite cheap). Great staff. Really, it could not be better.
