Easy to locate, Petri is a gem of a person, helped us with whatever was needed. Good location, easy to get an uber, train for all our activities and well furnished place.

We chose this accommodation as we were arriving by train from Helsinki. Apartment located opposite the station in a group of apartment blocks. Small one room apartment with a kitchen and laundry (no dryer). Approximately 1.5 klms walk to town centre. Good communication with owner prior to arrival via Booking.com to arrange an earlier check in time.

The host - Petri is very helpful even when we asked about directions. Huge plus point when getting this accomodation!

Room- comfortable beds, spacious room, large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with all possible needs for a short-term stay. An in-house sauna is a big bonus. Location- worked perfectly for us as we only took buses to travel around Rovaniemi( Saariselka, Santa Claus Village) and this was the starting point for the buses so we were lucky enough to grab seats. The bus/train station is a 5-minute walk. Reaching the city center might be a hassle as the nearest grocery store was a 15-minute walk and the city center was around 25+ minutes but that was not a big part of our itinerary so it worked for us. Host- is pretty responsive. We had issues starting the sauna and other silly doubts and he was available and responsive. The directions to retrieve keys were also quite explanatory.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is good for the railway station and bus to Santa's Village. The sauna was great and the cooking facilities useful.
