It is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped.Izmo is very helpful and very responsive.the location also good as it is near railway station and bus station.if ever we are in Rovaniemi again,we will stay here.

I loved my stay at Joy Apartments - the room was nice and cozy, the kitchen well furnished and the floor heating was the best! Ismo also provided me with heaps of good recomandations for activities and restaurants in Rovaniemi, such a legend!
The hosts were absolutely lovely. They were so accommodating and helpful. The apartment was very cute. They helped us if we had any questions and gave us recommendations. Also helped us with transport. 10/10 service
