Great apartment, has everything you need. Good location, a short walk to the center, and the train station. Mina is a kind host. Sauna makes the stay special!

Host was extremely accommodating and the place was warm and cozy. Sauna was great.

Let me put this property this way. If anything is missing there then you don’t need it. This place is so cozy and warm, the host has invited us to feel home I felt pampered. The host is warm and welcoming. The location could not be better, maybe 5 minutes walk to the centre, to the walking street and nice restaurants. The sauna was excellent. I would write more about this place but nobody will read that much. If we will go back to Rovaniemi we will stay for sure here again.

First of all great communication and support from Minna Eriksen! We were exactly advised how to get to the address. Upon arrival (before a "formal" check in), Minna met us and explained about apartment appliances. Everything is new, full equipped kitchen - nothing was missing. Minna helped us with underground parking lot. Did a short tour around the place and advised about points of interest, shopping. Also during our staying we got any needed support. The place of apartment is 10min from city center, very comfortable, quiet place. Indeed recommended!

It was an enjoyable stay at Loimu. The lady that greeted us on our arrival was very nice and carefully explained to us a few things about the apartment which is located on the ground floor. The apartment was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The sauna was also a big plus. The location is very good, a supermarket is next to the apartment and the city centre is about 5-10 mins away on foot. We recommend this to fellow travellers.
