Perfect location in between downtown and the city's waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile to make visitors stay feel special.
The property over all is one of my favourites in the city. It was great that I was able to check in a bit earlier, as I was heading to a family event (the reason for my visit), and thus had time to take a short half an hour break and change of attire in the room after travelling all morning.
The breakfast was lovely, and I was happy that my friend could buy the breakfast separately and join me. Otherwise we would not have found the time to meet during my short stay in town. The staff was very kind and professional.
The location is perfect. The hotel has been renovated recently, rooms are excellent, the elevators brand new. The staff was superb.
Room was great and breakfast exceeded expectations. The hotel is located rigt in the centre of town and you can borrow bicycles for free and go for a bike ride in the town, perhaps try around the lake
