The hosts are wonderful and the location is great - 15 minutes to the city center and to the Savonlinna opera festival. Beautiful backyard area and private lake access.
Extremely clean. There was even an air conditioner in the room which was very nice. There is a nice kitchen with oven, cooktop, and refrigerator. It was stocked with coffee and tea supplies (sugar, creamer). I was able to message the property through the app let them know of our arrival time. We were met by owner to get into the apartment.
The location is great, you can walk to the center and swim in the lake. Before the house there’s a cosy yard and parking. The owner was nice and easy to contact
It is near the lake, in a really nice neighborhood on Castle island. There are lots of birch trees and willows, and it’s close to hiking trails and 10 min along the lake to the train station and town center. Plus it’s easy to get to this beautiful castle and museum. The appartment is spacious, had everything I needed. Bed was very comfy. The hosts Pirkko and Juha were very kind.
Great cozy apartment with an incredibly comfy bed that made for the best sleep of the trip. It includes a bedroom with a sofa, a kitchen area with a table and chairs, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and water boiler. There are even two umbrellas for bad weather. Self-check-in was easy, and access was straightforward. Definitely the best bed I slept in on this trip!
